1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Let's Go! online platform (hereinafter: Service or Platform), available at letsgo.ski, providing ski and snowboard carpooling intermediary services.
The Service is operated by Let's Go!, based in Poland. Contact: support@letsgo.ski.
By using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.
2. Definitions
User – a legally competent adult who has registered on the Platform and accepted these Terms.
Driver / Organiser – a User who creates a ski trip listing, offering seats in their vehicle to other Users.
Passenger – a User who joins a trip organised by a Driver.
Trip – a shared car journey to a ski resort published by a Driver, specifying route, dates, seats and estimated cost share.
Booking – confirmation of a Passenger's participation in a Trip.
Account – a User's individual account enabling Platform features.
Review – a rating left by one User for another after a shared Trip.
3. How the Platform Works
Let's Go! acts solely as an information and communication platform connecting Drivers with Passengers planning ski trips. The Operator is not a party to agreements between Users.
The Platform is not a carrier and does not provide transport services. All trip arrangements are made directly between the Driver and Passengers.
Drivers, by publishing a Trip, declare that they hold a valid driving licence, that the vehicle is roadworthy and insured, and that the cost share is not profit-making – it solely covers fuel, tolls and parking divided among participants.
4. Let's Go! Guarantee System
The Let's Go! Guarantee System prevents double bookings:
Request blocking: A User with a confirmed booking for a given period cannot send a request for another Trip in an overlapping period.
Automatic cancellation: Once a Driver accepts a Passenger's request, all other pending requests from that Passenger for overlapping dates are automatically cancelled.
The Guarantee System ensures reliability for all Users.
5. Costs and Payments
Use of the Platform is free for all Users.
Financial arrangements between Drivers and Passengers are made directly between the parties. Let's Go! does not charge commission or process payments between Users.
The cost share set by the Driver must not represent a profit – it should reflect actual fuel, toll and parking costs divided among participants.
The Operator is not a party to financial disputes between Users.
6. Driver's Obligations
- The Driver must:
- hold a valid driving licence and current roadworthiness certificate,
- hold valid third-party liability insurance (OC),
- not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other impairing substances,
- publish accurate trip information,
- promptly notify Passengers of any cancellation or material change.
- The Driver may not:
- charge more than a proportional share of actual trip costs,
- offer paid transport services for profit,
- carry more passengers than the vehicle registration allows.
7. Passenger's Obligations
- The Passenger must:
- arrive at the agreed meeting point on time,
- pay the agreed cost share,
- respect the Driver's vehicle and other Passengers,
- promptly notify the Driver of any cancellation.
- The Passenger may not:
- travel without a valid Booking,
- carry prohibited, illegal or dangerous items,
- smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle without the Driver's consent.
8. Review System
After a Trip, Users may leave mutual Reviews to build community trust.
- Reviews must be:
- truthful and based on real experience from the Trip,
- respectful and in accordance with social norms,
- free from offensive, discriminatory or defamatory content.
The Operator may remove Reviews that violate these standards. Review complaints: support@letsgo.ski.
9. Operator's Liability
Let's Go! acts solely as an information platform and is not a party to agreements between Users. The Operator assumes no liability for: trip safety or conduct; financial disputes between Users; property or personal damage during a Trip; cancellations or changes to trip conditions.
The Operator will strive to ensure continuous Service availability but cannot guarantee freedom from technical outages.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform elements (logo, graphics, code, editorial content) are owned by the Operator and protected by copyright.
Users grant the Operator a free, non-exclusive licence to use content published by them on the Platform for promotional purposes.
Copying or modifying Platform elements without written consent is prohibited.
11. Amendments
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email or in-Platform notification at least 14 days in advance.
Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Users who do not accept changes may delete their Account before the changes take effect.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
Disputes shall be resolved amicably in the first instance. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the Operator's registered seat, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
